In the past, as well as now in our restaurant,

it is my intention to offer every guest a fair

and enjoyable fresh cuisine.

Fresh cuisine means for me, preparing nearly everything fresh and homemade.

This way of cooking is more labor-intensive,

but it is honest and wholesome.

Another important point of my philosophy is,

as far as possible, to source products from

our regional surrounding areas.

Together with my kitchen team,

i am pleased to pamper you, dear guests,

at the Schwarzer Adler with culinary delights.
